BOUNDARY SURVEYS
The process of comparing the legal description contained in your deed with monuments found in the ground. Every boundary survey we complete is done in compliance with Michigan ACT132 of 1970, as amended.

After performing a full survey of your property we will furnish you a drawing of the survey and offer the option to record the survey map at the County Register of Deeds.

Initially, Otto Land Surveying offered a broad array of land surveying services, but has since focused primarily on boundary surveying, aiming to be the top provider in the region. Dustin obtained his B.S. in Surveying Engineering from Ferris State University in 2010. Following his graduation, he worked offshore in the Gulf of Mexico on oil and gas projects. Upon returning to Michigan and gaining more experience in land surveying, Dustin established his own business. Dustin has a passion for performing boundary surveys. Dustin and his family of live in Southwestern Michigan.
